Are you ready for the next step? In this position, you will have a crucial role in HR and the Business Units’ support on the domestic and international levels. (India, Singapore, Panama)

Due to our growing nature, you will be constantly learning and improving your skills while providing efficient support to HR processes, including HR administration. You will be involved in several projects to help increase employee engagement and retention.

This is a full-time position based in Rotterdam with hybrid working. In this position, you will report to HR Business Partner.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire HR administration; employment agreements preparation and extension, preparing HR correspondence letters;
  • Maintaining HR files and databases;
  • Support recruitment process; checking and adjusting job descriptions, posting new vacancies, issuing offer letters and communicating with the applicants and new hires;
  • Implementing the onboarding and off-boarding process;
  • Monitoring absenteeism and the annual leave platform;
  • Answering HR-related questions;
  • Keeping up to date with new HR trends;
  • Help to improve and implement HR policies and procedures;
  • Support payroll preparation; preparing documentation for monthly payroll, updating information and changes, checking pay slips;
  • Support performance management tools and performance cycles;
  • Be the first point of contact with the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and other government administration (IND, Tax Office).

Job Requirements

Function requirements

  • A first-level university degree or HBO diploma;
  • Min of 3 years of active HR experience;
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and social security;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to connect with people on all levels;
  • Experience in change management is a plus;
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and changing environment;
  • Fluency in English and a moderate understanding of the Dutch language;
  • Strong drafting skills.
