We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who is eager to learn more about information systems by assisting the IT Department. You will be closely working with our IT Support Specialist to maintain and develop existing IT systems to keep up with the company’s growth.

Our team is responsible for making sure that all the systems are up and running 24/7 so that the team is able to perform their daily tasks. You will be responsible for researching and developing solutions for existing issues within the company by working with the IT department. The position requires a hands-on approach and a desire to learn by doing. Reporting to the IT Manager.

Description

Assisting in maintaining the Google Environment up to date
Assist in creating IT Security Trainings for end-users
Helping to categorize and maintain the IT hardware
Issuing and setting up new devices for the staff
Assist the research of software/hardware solutions
Basic ticket handling
Assisting users with basic issues
Handling warranty cases of faulty hardware
Help to maintain and inventorying the IT assets/stocks
Take part in various new projects
- Maintaining network infrastructure in the company offices
- Data Analysis on our ERP
- Infrastructure deployment on Cloud/On-Premise servers

Requirements

Be currently enrolled in a university programme
Eager to learn and work with multiple departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Networking basics
Passionate about computer systems
Proficient user in Microsoft Windows
Located in The Netherlands
