We understand the importance of therapy when struggling with mental health issues. That’s why we’re introducing Self-Improvement Workshops focused on Positive Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology. These workshops aim to educate and provide our members with the tools for personal and professional growth. Through these workshops, we hope to empower individuals to confront their challenges and build resilience.


Corporate Yoga

The workplace is a major part of our lives, making it vital to promote a mentally healthy environment. A staggering number of people experience work-related stress, anxiety and burnout, often leading to more serious mental health issues. Organizations can play a significant role in addressing this by implementing mental health initiatives and creating an atmosphere that values employees’ well-being. 

At Mr. Marine, we prioritize mental health in the workplace. To reduce stress and enhance productivity, we’re introducing Corporate Yoga sessions for our members. Yoga is a proven method for improving mental well-being, reducing stress and increasing overall productivity. Additionally, alongside Corporate Yoga, we are also implementing monthly sessions of Body-Mind Recharge with mindfulness and stretching exercises, helping to relieve the stress and tension one builds up during the span of a month from daily life activities and errands. By integrating all of these calming and relaxing sessions into our workplace, we aim to create a harmonious and peaceful environment where employees can thrive.

Having a mindfulness app is a great benefit in our fast-paced and often stressful lives. These apps provide a convenient gateway to mindfulness and meditation practices that can significantly impact our well-being.
