The Nagano Keiki GT15 Pressure Gauges Square Type is a specialized panel-mounting pressure gauge designed for precise pressure measurement. This unique square-shaped gauge features a mechanism wherein the elastic deformation of the Bourdon tube translates into accurate pressure readings displayed on the indicator. The GT15’s key features are centered around readability and usability. Its easily legible pressure indications make monitoring straightforward, while the square case design optimizes space utilization when compared to round gauges. This aspect is especially advantageous for installations requiring multiple gauges on the same panel. The gauge offers two attachment methods: either via attaching bolts or metal fittings, allowing users to select the appropriate method for their specific application.
The pressure gauge is compatible with both gas and liquid mediums, with various connection options available such as G3/8B(PF), G1/2B(PF), and Rc1/4(PT female). The wetted parts come in different materials, from general use with copper alloy Bourdon tubes to corrosion-proof types with stainless steel components, enhancing durability and resistance against different environments. The GT15 covers a wide pressure range, from 0 to 70MPa, and operates effectively within a temperature range of -5°C to 40°C. It boasts an accuracy of ±1.5% F.S., ensuring reliable readings for critical applications. The gauge is equipped with a blowout disk that provides emergency relief in case of Bourdon tube failure, preventing pressure-related mishaps. The pointer can be adjusted and various window options, including tempered and non-glare glass, cater to specific needs.
› This pressure gauge indication is easy to read and the pressure gauge itself is easy to use.
› As the case is square, this pressure gauge occupies less space when compared with a round type, and is appropriate for arranging many gauges on the same panel.
› Two methods of gauge attaching exist: attaching bolts and attaching metal fittings. An appropriate method for application can be selected.
› In case of selecting a pressure gauge, choose the pressure range which can be used in between 30-65% of full scale, so that the gauge can give its full capacity.
› Also should be confirmed whether the wetted parts material is suitable for the fluid or not.
