This year Mr. Marine engaged women in leadership training, strengthening their knowledge and skills to succeed in leading roles. In the past two years, Mr. Marine doubled the number of women in the leadership team (Sara Bernardi, Shikin Jaafar, Magdalena Kopal and Maxime Asjes), prioritizing gender diversity at every organizational level. We consistently promote inclusion and diversity, providing equitable opportunities to all members. We intend to further support women along their career journey through relevant mentorship programs and workshops.
Mr. Marine also cares about the life of women beyond the organizational boundaries to ensure women can also thrive in their personal roles. We offer generous annual leave packages and support throughout the maternal leave and additional leave, followed by flexible working arrangements while carrying for children.
