Prethi joined Mr. Marine in January 2025 with over eight years of experience in the Human Resource field across global locations. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, covering Psychology, HR, and Community Development. Prethi is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and global payroll operations across all our international locations. Her expertise in HRIS optimization, labor law compliance, and process improvement contributes to the efficiency of our global operations and the development of a strong organizational culture.
