Santhoshi joined Mr. Marine in February 2025 and brings over 10 years of experience working across various platforms and business functions. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with specializations in Finance and Human Resource Management.
In her current role at Mr. Marine, she is responsible for Global Order Fulfillment for spare parts, managing the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This involves coordinating with multiple teams across different regions worldwide to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery of spare parts, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Santhoshi works closely with sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to proactively resolve challenges, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure that customer requirements are met within the agreed timelines. Her focus is on maintaining smooth global operations while delivering excellent service to customers.
