The G7000 Multi Gas Monitoring System is an enduring, sturdy, and cost-effective continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS) designed for demanding environments. It excels in harsh marine conditions with persistent vibrations, high temperatures, and humid processes. Specially selected materials are resistant to wet and acidic exhaust gas from scrubbers, ensuring reliability. With its modular design, the G7000 system can monitor various gases based on customer specifications. It offers real-time and precise monitoring of SO2 and CO2 concentrations in exhaust gas, fully complying with international emission regulations and restrictions. Operating the G7000 Multi Gas Monitoring System is straightforward. It features up to two multi gas analyzers that utilize proven non-dispersive infrared measurement technology. The system includes a sampling board and a double sample conditioning unit. The unique double-sample conditioning unit prepares the next sample for measurement simultaneously while the current sample is being analyzed. This allows for sampling from up to five different points, ensuring a rapid response time through a multiplexing device.
The system’s automatic calibration is easily executed using an integrated optical filter and instrument air. Calibration intervals can be adjusted to meet specific application requirements. Continuous operation is recommended to prevent condensation-related damage. When combined with the G6200 Water Monitoring System, the G7000 becomes fully compliant with resolution MEPC. 340(77). This integrated solution simplifies compliance with MEPC. 340(77) regulations, providing vessel crews with a comprehensive monitoring system from a single supplier. Installation and maintenance of the G7000 system are hassle-free. Its low gas flow design reduces filter consumption and extends intervals between filter services, resulting in lower ownership costs. Consumable parts can be easily replaced by the crew or with assistance from Green Instruments’ service support. Green Instruments offers full service and support, ensuring optimal system operation throughout its lifespan.
