Emmanuel (Panamanian) has a Degree in Nautical Engineering in Navigation from the International Maritime University of Panama. Before joining Mr. Marine, Emmanuel worked in the seafarer’s certification department at the Panama Maritime Authority. He worked also onboard vessels as a Second Officer and has experience in management by operating his family’s business. Emmanuel speaks English and Spanish.
