Hari Selavarj (Indian) holds a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Honours, as well as a B-Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He has over 15 years of experience as an elevator field/service engineer and as a product specialist. Hari brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.

1. What do you like most about working at Mr. Marine?

Variety of work, flexible work hours, the versatility of being able to do multiple elevator brands and also able to work virtually.

2. What is your greatest achievement (work or personal)?

Received The World’s Best Elevator Technician award (2019).

3. What motivates you?

Success is what motivates me to do a good job. Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going.

4. What values drive you?

Meeting deadlines and targets
Mentoring and coaching technicians
