General

Verantwoordelijk voor veldservice, onderhoud, reparaties en inspecties van liften aan boord van schepen en offshore-installaties.

Description

Uitvoeren van technische en periodieke inspecties om te garanderen dat liften aan de vereiste normen voldoen.
Uitvoeren van gepland, preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrische en mechanische componenten.
Opsporen, diagnosticeren en oplossen van liftstoringen.
Uitvoeren van grote mechanische reparaties, vervangingen en aanpassingen.
Uitvoeren van technische site surveys, modernisaties en retrofits.
Opstellen van tijdige rapportages over de prestaties van systemen, problemen en benodigde vervangingen.
Samenwerken met teamleden en klanten om hoogwaardige service te leveren.
Zorgdragen voor naleving van veiligheidsprotocollen.
Nauw samenwerken met technische specialisten voor optimale dienstverlening.

Kennis, Vaardigheden & Vermogen

Uitgebreide kennis van tractieliften, bij voorkeur met ervaring in meerdere merken.
Ervaring met roltrappen en tandheugelliften is een pluspunt.
Goede kennis van lift codes, beleid en procedures.
Uitstekende kennis van gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
In staat om zelfstandig, efficiënt en nauwkeurig te werken.
Bekwaam in onderhouds- en inspectie procedures en in staat om deze uit te leggen en te demonstreren.
Vaardig in het opsporen en diagnosticeren van complexe liftstoringen.
Kennis van multi-merk omvormers en besturingen.
Leidinggevende vaardigheden, waaronder instructie, training en beoordeling van junior technici.
Professioneel en beleefd in interacties met klanten, collega’s en aannemers.

Requirements

Functie-eisen

Technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of instrumentatie.
Relevant certificaat cursus lifttechniek
Minimaal 5 jaar praktijkervaring in de installatie en het onderhoud van tractie-/hydraulische liften.
Goede beheersing van zakelijk en technisch Engels.
Bereidheid om zowel nationaal als internationaal te reizen.
In staat om medische keuringen voor offshore werk te ondergaan.
Bereidheid tot korte internationale reizen
Rijbewijs.
